Notice of GENERAL Meeting

for the Board of TRUSTEES of the

EASTERN DELAWARE COUNTY JOINT RECREATION DISTRICT

            The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Eastern Delaware County Joint Recreation District (the “JRD”) will hold a general meeting on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at 51 E. Cherry Street, 3rd Floor, Sunbury, Ohio 43074. The purposes of the meeting are: (i) to conduct the regular business affairs of the Board, (ii) to consider the designation of a public depository, (iii) to consider the adoption of a virtual meeting policy, and (iii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board or any duly appointed committee of the Board.
